Interested in purchasing a pre-civil war era home.  Therefore, built in 1860 or earlier.  They plan to lovingly care for or restore this home and use it as a primary residence. 

Prefer brick and/or stone with  enough room to have a garden.  A formal herb garden would be terrific, but not necessary.  Gas heating/hot water/cooking preferred.

Requirements:

3 or more bedrooms, 2 or more bathrooms, Winchester City or Frederick County.  Clarke County might be considered. 

Priced at $225,000 or less.  However, the house must obviously appraise.
