Search for a job on the WEDC's Web site
Originally, the Winchester-Frederick County Economic Development Commission set this site up to assist local residents find local jobs rather than commute to Northern Virginia or Washington D.C.
However, why not use the site to secure a position in the Winchester-Frederick County area and relocate here from the Northern Virginia, Washington D.C. area?
Job seekers can upload resumes to the site where it can be reviewed by a number of major employers in the area. Even more interesting, people can review job postings for local businesses, government agencies, hospitals, and schools. Personally, I haven't yet played with the site.
